My point was the terminology was unknown.  "Fellatio" and "Cunnilingus" are probably also foreign to a lot of people.  If you want to be as widely understood as possible, you might want to stick with "oral", "vaginal" and "anal" for the Big 3...  But that's just my suggestion.
