Yield: 8 pices

1 can Evaporated Milk 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick 1 can Pumpkin 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 5/8 tsp. Ground Ginger 1/4 tsp. Allspice 1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Add all ingredients in a blender and mix well(Bisquick will sometimes stick to the side of the blender use a spatula to work loose) Grease pie plate Pour mixed ingredients in pie plate Bake 50 - 55 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean
