Hi Eric, Thank you for your reply! And thank you for taking the time to thank me for my service, it means a fair bit to me, and you're right, sometimes it seems like nobody notices.
If Jefferson is interested, would you pass on my contact info (I sent more detailed contact info to your gmail address listed elsewhere on the site) to him? I very much enjoy working with the written word, and would be quite willing to do any proofreading and/or editing tasks he is willing to send my way. I promise no more than a 3-day turn-around on chapter length or shorter works, longer works I will give a written time estimate when I receive the work. All that I ask is that if my services are used, that it gets acknowledged in some way. A simple thank you is sufficient.

You probably have a life. You know, work, school, friends, social life, things like that.
I spend about an hour a day actually writing (when I do write, which isn't every day... some days I just don't feel like it.)
On the other hand, keep in mind that WAY2-11 was written over six months ago.

So with year three so far a long, can we expect less time before releases?
Offline
No.
The monthly release schedule is there to keep me writing. You see how well it is working. I am not about to screw with it. I have already, in the past, had months-long blocks on Woodward. I will not chance running out of material and having to miss a month.
When I start another project outside of the Woodward series (which will be as soon as I finish Woodward Year 3), it will also go onto a monthly release schedule, offset from Woodward, so that you'll get stuff from me more often (hopefully).

Wow almost ahead for a full year that's awesome. I know where I'll be the first of every month for the foreseeable future. The Woodward Academy has quickly become my favorite story. Congrats on the progress. Any idea how many years their are going to be? (Sorry if that's already answered elsewhere.)

Update for November 11, 2012:
The Woodward Academy, Year 3, Chapter 12: May has been started.
To answer adultswim's question: The Woodward Academy is planned for an eight-year novel series, and a possible follow-on short story anthology.

Eight YEARS awesome sauce. Can't wait to read the whole thing.^_^

Hopefully it wont take you 8 years to read(although a book so long it took me 8 years to read would be pretty awesome!)
Offline
Actually, the likelihood is that it would not be awesome, but would be rather tedious and tiresome... Or would actually be a compendium of several stories that should have been broken into separate books.

I think eight books would be cool. But yeah that be funny a book that took eight years to read.

Update for November 18, 2012:
The Woodward Academy, Year 3, Chapter 12: May has been finished and is with the reviewers. This completes book 3 of the series.
As I am now quite literally a full year ahead of schedule on Woodward, I am going to take a (short) break from it. I will not start writing Woodward Year 4 until January. Between now and then, I will work on other things.
I'd like to point out that this makes a total of 4 books that have reached completion for me this year. (WAY2, WAY3, CSR, and Maiasaurs). It's been a pretty good writing year.

Congratulations Eric. What an awesome accomplishment for this year. And here I am never having finished one book yet. You do inspire and it is great to be able to read your works and be part of your site. Thank you so much for the wonderful works you give us.

Update for November 24, 2012:
I guess I should have pointed out a few days ago that I've started a short story, Fire Storm: Tempest of the Flames, Vol. 3. Not sure when it'll be done, but it's well underway now.

PS: For those not familiar with my Tempest of the Flames series, volumes 1 and 2 are "The Snowstorm" and "Maelstrom".
