Issue might be it is a prerelease story.  Making a financial donation usually unlocks those stories.

If that is, indeed, the issue, then they can just wait until it comes out of PRM.

You say you have 19 chapters completed and that gives you a little over a year of "buffer". So, what is your intended release interval? About every 3 weeks?
It would allow me to check in around the release interval rather than the daily frustration I currently go through. I do like this story.

The release schedule is intended to be once a month, around the 1st.  (You failed to take into account that, when I made that statement, several chapters had already been posted.)

Yes, I know that it is currently March 2nd.  I have been trying to do the final proofread of Chapter 6 for three days now.  I'm fighting illness, and I've not been able to focus well enough mentally to do the task.  I'm about 3/4 the way through it.  As soon as I can finish the proofread, I'll post it.  Should be in the next day or two, I hope.

Take care of yourself and I hope you feel better soon. Then go after your proofreading. That's an activity that you need to feel well so you can concentrate properly for.
I don't need Calvin and Hobbs, my wife provides all the frustration I can handle, thank you very much. I did factor the 5 chapters into my calculations. I figured you
had 14 available. I rounded down instead of up (wishful thinking?). That's OK. Hopefully, once you're better, you'll be able to include some time in the rotation for a chapter or two of AoC. :-)

sweet chapter.  I saw some of the openings you left us to ponder.  Will the gangsters make an appearance sooner , rather then later.  The gangster chick sounds like she would be a good hookup for Tyler, start with defense training until they get closer... then the gangster family might get a tad racist, the "Don's princess" hanging around a black guy.  could bring a fun twist as to how they work thru those issues.  Anyhow, just a thought this chapter brought to mind.  Damn, I love your writing, always makes my mind try to figure out what's coming up later.

Chapter 9 was very interesting and enjoyable to read. Ethan keeps on finding new ladies (young and not so young). His opportunities seem endless and are fun to read about. I gave up trying to anticipate the plot turns. Your creativity is much better than mine. Thanks again for sharing that creativity with us.

There was a 1-month gap between the previous and current chapter releases.  There has always been a one-month gap between chapter releases.  Until I run out of "stored up" chapters, there will continue to be a one-month pause between chapter releases.

For the record, I'm working on Chapter 21 at the moment, so you're catching up to where I am very quickly already.  You want me to make the wait even worse?  I can post everything up to Chapter 20 now... and then you can wait SIX months between chapter releases...

Very interesting way you got our "hero" out of going to jail. The new job is also interesting especially from all the "opportunities" it will provide. It will be interesting to see if Ethan can continue his college classes and other things like the personal trainer job and helping out at the flower shop, etc, etc. Didn't see any of this coming. VERY entertaining/interesting.
I understand the release schedule. Just know, that I really look forward to the first of the month and appreciate all your hard work.
