Dr. Kant and the Savage Future. Science Fiction

A 'Girl with all the gifts' sort of future where most adults have been wiped out by a still-present pathogen. The children have gone feral and run in packs.

Dr. Kant (pronounced cunt) is a lesbian scientist who survived the plague and thinks the cure has something to do with reproductive fluids. She kidnaps the wild children and attempts to tame them, while trying to stay sane and make sure they procreate.

Young Blood - Urban fantasy

One of the many weaknesses of vampires is that they are stuck only consuming a certain type of blood, the first they imbibe after being turned. Theo is an archivist who was leading a school field trip when he was turned, along with two of the students and their young female teacher. They managed to defeat the vampire, eventually, but Theo's first victim was a child. Now, he can exclusively feed on children, and feeding has a sexual component. Can he and the other teacher handle their new desires without becoming true monsters? Can the vampire children?

A dying mother tells her daughter to take care of her dad. She has very specific instructions.

Offerings

A sci-fi author who has accidentally created a cult around one of his books starts seeing the cult manifest around him. He is moved to a small compound where loyal followers bring him everything he could want, and some things he's not sure he wants. He's too lazy to preach the gospel of the cult, but he wrote extensively about it while drunk. The gifts get younger and younger.

Ante up

A man escaping murder charges stops to make a little money before heading out to the lawless West. At a mysteriously sinister poker game, he takes a marker with the name CID. It's worth more than anything else on the table, so he figures he can sell it in New Orleans before crossing the swamp into Texas. The game gets violent when he wins, and he barely survives. The next morning, he wakes to men tossing bodies in the river. The riverboat captain solemnly takes his chit and introduces him to Kid, a little girl about 9 years old. He tries to get rid of her as he heads West, but she seems keeps turning up, talking about their destiny. She's none too respectful of his boundaries, neither.
